    Hi Joni
I am absolutely loving your recipe ideas – I’ve only just returned to Optifast and I can’t wait to try out all of the different recipes. I am just wondering if you have a list (without pictures) of all of your recipes – so I can browse through it each week when I am planning my meals. Obviously, I can create something myself but didn’t want to reinvent the wheel if you already have such a list.
Can’t wait to see the recipes your come up with once you are on Transition! 🙂
    Cheers
    Tracy

Hi Tracey ! Thanks for your lovely words 🙂 I’ve got a list, very simple text only, which I’ve just published on the Opti Cook Facebook page here : Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/opticook?ref=ts&fref=ts

You can cut’n’paste and do what you like ???

      Cheers Joni

I was able to open your recipies a few days ago… Now they come up saying there is errors? I asked my computer geek brother why this was happening & he said it is a problem at your end not ours. Thank you

Hi Maxine ! Apologies, yes, the site crashed, there was too many people looking, I have upgraded it now so hopefully it wont occur again, Joni 🙂

Hey! Loving some of these recipe ideas. How much is considered a serving for intensive phase?

Like if it makes 8, do you just have 1?

    Thanks. 🙂

Hi Emma, a serve for OptiCook is one cup. So have 2-4 cups per day. As all the ingredients are intensive suitable, you don’t have to be too pedantic about serve sizings etc. I hope this makes sense 🙂 Cheers, Joni
