Old-fashioned bangers & mash with brown onion gravy, a vegan take on an old favourite !

Been working on all these recipes for a little while now and finally got the whole trio tasting awesome together. I sat down last night & thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful, it was a pleasure to eat.
Please don’t do this on a hectic busy day, it’s one to slow down and enjoy cooking & tasting as you go.
If you are going to do all three recipes together, you can cook the cauliflower for both the sausages and the mash in the one pot, then splitting it in two, one half for each recipe.
I really hope you enjoy these recipes. As with all the squeezed cauli recipes, this one can take a while to get right and also you do need brute strength to remove all the water from the cauli. But, in my book anyway, these recipes were worth it and some of my favourites thus far.
