Trio of salad … classic Aussie salad recipes reinvented for the last burst of Summer !

Hi all,

Looking forward to this weekend, we are busy with family and friends, including two big BBQs. It appears to be the last blast of Summer here in Australia before the leaves turn shades of orange and rust and I start pumping out the hearty comfort food again ! I’m kind of looking forward to that too. Plus we have moved to a country town lined with old English trees so can’t wait to see the town in all its Autumnal glory !

So here are the three recipes. They go very well together if you are so inclined. They are listed as separate posts too, just check the index if you get stuck.

1. Vegan creamy mock potato, caper and dill salad
