Curly carrot French fries

Using a spiraliser create your curls

These are reasonably high in carb in intensive terms, so certainly wouldn’t recommend as a daily eat, but as a snack when you are simply craving savoury snacks, these fit the bill nicely.

Curly carrot French fries
Yields 4
They seriously taste exactly like the "French fries chips" you get in packets except they are Opti intensive suitable. You do need a spiraliser or turning slicer for this recipe to get the curls !

Hi corina, I use the chefs avenue vegetable turner, it’s more expensive but handles carrot really well and is still going strong after 2 years, the hand held ones just don’t do carrot very well ! Joni
